This Privacy Policy explains how Luso Quantum Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales, with its registered office in England & Wales (“Verdant”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use the Verdant mobile application and related services (the “Service”). For the purposes of the UK GDPR, Verdant is the data controller of your personal data.

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication details so you can sign in and sync your data.
Plant care data. Information you add about your plants, such as names, species, care schedules, reminders, and care history.
Photographs. Images you upload to document your plants and their growth over time.
Subscription & purchase data. When you purchase a premium subscription, the Apple App Store or Google Play Store processes your payment. We receive confirmation of your subscription status but do not receive or store your payment card details.
Device & usage data. Technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, and diagnostic or crash data used to operate and improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal data to:

Provide the Service, including syncing your plants and photos across devices;
Send care reminders and notifications you have enabled;
Manage your account and premium subscription;
Respond to support requests and communicate with you about the Service;
